Step 1, The Application: The first step in the CHFC Adoption process is to fill out an adoption application. Caring Hearts For Canines requires that adoption applications be filled out meeting any of our dogs. If you are interested in a particular dog, please fill out an application and indicate the name of the dog, on your application, that you are interested in adopting.
Step 2, Application Submission: Once completed the CHFC Adoption Application can be submitted to us by e-mail at email@example.com or fax. Please note that if your faxed application requires immediate review because you are interested in a specific dog we require notification by e-mail that you have faxed us the adoption application. This will help us expedite the process. Once your adoption application has been accepted and approved you will be notified by CHFC.
Step 3, Adoption Fee: Once your adoption application has been accepted and approved by CHFC an Adoption Fee must be paid. Payment can be made below or a check mailed. The adoption fee is $100, that is not tax deductible. If you would like to make a donation on top of that, please hit the Donate button, and that is tax deductible. PLEASE ONLY PAY IF YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED AND YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE GO AHEAD TO PAY. DO NOT PAY BEFORE APPLICAITON APPROVAL.
